Jos Buivenga is now releasing Fontin Sans throught his free fonts library exljbris as a sans alternative for his other Fontin serif typeface.

Like the man says: "I've designed Fontin Sans to be a suitable sans companion of Fontin. With a nice classical appearance it will be a perfect match."
This is great news, because Jos's fonts are a really good alternative for commercial and expensive fonts.
They are available for personal and commercial use in any project you might need them for.
I've seen them used in many new identities, on banners or headers for blogs and I used them as well in some of my projects.
And you can extend the use of his fonts even more, with embedding in PDF's, Flash files and programs being now allowed.
